Operational contracts between business parties. Structuring and drafting of agreements with appropriate incentives and checks.

Litigation

 

If necessary, litigation with great attention to a good understanding of the facts and a fair assessment of the chances and objectives. Experience before commercial and civil courts, council of state and arbitration.
